Water Leak In Gym Area – Maintenance In Progress

Please be advised that a water leak has been identified in the community gym area. Our maintenance team is currently onsite and working to complete the necessary repairs.

Work will be ongoing today, November 13, 2025, through tomorrow, November 14, 2025. During this time, access to the gym area may be limited, and residents may notice increased maintenance activity in that vicinity.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as these repairs are completed. Additional updates will be provided as needed.
