Safety Tip Precautions

Here at Essex Association Management, the safety and well-being of community members is very important to us. We should take every measure possible to adhere to all procedures and policies that keep communities safe. Our Community is always striving to continue to be a beautiful and safe place in which to reside harmoniously with our neighbors.

Safety in our neighborhood has always had a very high priority. We encourage you to look out for one another and develop a supportive community--“Know your Neighbors”. A friendly neighborhood learns to look after each other and reports to the proper authorities whenever they notice any suspicious activity happening. There are also many important security tips, dos and don’ts to making our community a safer place. Here are a few of many:

• Lock Garage Doors \ Cars
• Check front door and back door locks
• Lock Gates
• Check Windows
• Important: Keep dark areas lit up by each owner turning on front porch lights, backyards, and/or alley ways.
• Form a crime watch committee

Again, we ask you to report any suspicious activity to your local Law Enforcement. Remember that small security tips as mentioned above could be the determining factor on creating a safe environment for our family and our neighborhood.
